I've been going to this practice for a few years. Some of the Doctors are very friendly, while one has been consistently grumpy with my husband and I (so you just switch to another.) Dr. Bradbury was wonderful for family planning. You can get a telephone appointment if an urgent matter arises. My biggest difficulty with this surgery is in the administration - reception and booking. They only book a month in advance, so if you're told by someone to book for 6 weeks prior you have to wait and hope that when you call back in 2 weeks' time, that something's available. It's really inconvenient and inefficient - and makes absolutely no sense for things like prenatal care with a midwife, when you know exactly when you are supposed to see them, about what.
